Reiki is an ancient healing modality where practitioners use their hands to feel into your inner energy system with the goal of promoting energetic balance. Through use of light touch, or no touch, Reiki triggers a nervous system relaxation response allowing your body to enter a state of deep rest. This promotes healing and supports balance, calm, and nervous system regulation.  I approach Reiki treatments from a whole body perspective, including not only the 7 primary chakras located along the spine, but also large muscle groups and joints to fully support your body in letting go of what it no longer needs.
